RECRUIT: Within the 2 weeks probation, recruit must have 5 posts
in the VD forum and 5 hours on the VD game server. Council will then
decide if the recruit is a VD member after the 2 weeks probation and be
promoted to the rank of PRIVATE.
PRIVATE: VD Member must have 10 posts total in the VD forum and recruit
1 player into the squad in order to move up to the rank of PRIVATE 1st CLASS
PRIVATE 1st CLASS: VD Member must have 20 posts total in the VD forum and recruit 1 additional player into the squad in order to move up to the rank of LANCE CORPORAL
LANCE CORPORAL: VD Member must have 30 posts total in the VD forum and recruit 1 additional player into the squad in order to move up to the rank of CORPORAL.
CORPORAL: VD Member must have 40 posts total in the VD forum and recruit 1 additional player into the squad in order to move up to the rank of SERGEANT.
SERGEANT: This rank is not required to recruit any players and have a certain amount of posts in the forum, but will have the job of the helping in the recruiting process. He/She will overlook the progress of the Private, Private 1st Class, Lance Corporal and Corporal that are willing to move up in rank. To make sure the requirements for promotion are there and advice Staff Sergeant of their advancement completion. *** It is very crucial to make sure when that new recruit signs up, to input who recruited them in the VD Join Us Application Form to get credit for it.
To move up in Rank from this point on, it is the Council’s Decision.
They will appoint you to the next rank.
STAFF SERGEANT: Is the Head Recruiter and over looks Sergeant’s progress. As well as helping the Sergeant out in his absence. Also advising the Council for permission to promote a certain member. He/She will also put a post up in the forum, congratulating that member for their promotion. The Staff Sergeant will also expose the Violent Disciples by posting in gaming forum websites under Clan/Squad Recruiting Section and post a recuiting message.
GUNNERY SARGEANT: Event Coordinator. This rank is in charge of scheduling practices, scrimmages and matches. The Gunnery Sergeant will challenge other squads to scrimmages and matches, as well as keeping track & answering all challenge request forms submitted by other squads in our website. All accepted challenges will be posted in the VD Forum with Dates, Times, Maps, Servers, etc.
MASTER SERGEANT: Charge of all practices, scrimmages and matches set up by the Gunnery Sergeant. Making sure the VD Squad has a full team set up for that specific event and take charge of that event. Post the outcome of every event in the forum.
